To mark National Anti-Corruption Day that falls on Sept 6 every year, Anti-Corruption Thailand (ACT) is holding many activities under the theme “Active Citizen Against Corruption” at the Convention Hall, 22nd floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld this Sunday from 7.30am to 4pm.

The one-day event will kick off with a parade in front of CentralWorld by participants who will form a wave forming the words “Active Citizen” for publicity photos before proceeding to the 22nd floor to start activities for the day.

The highlight of the morning session will be a keynote address by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha at 9.30am.

There will be seminars in the afternoon on four topics — Active Business: Gaining Profit Without Corruption via White Label; People Power: What Can Be Achieved; How To Ingrain Anti-Corruption In The Youth; and Expand Horizons And New Way Of Thinking Against Corruption.

Museum of Corruption Thailand, which showcases 10 corruption cases that damaged the reputation of the country’s economy and society, will also be opened.

A public discussion on the 10 cases will also be held in the afternoon.
